Job Description:

MIDAS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar systems in both residential and commercial segments across Uttar Pradesh. This role requires field travel, direct client handling, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and institutional rooftop solar projects.

• Conduct site visits, assess basic feasibility, and coordinate with technical teams for proposals.

• Convert prospects into confirmed sales through direct customer engagement.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.

• Prepare and submit daily field activity and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–5 years of direct field sales experience in rooftop solar (B2C/B2B)

• Knowledge of solar rooftop systems (3 kW to 10 kW+) and government subsidy schemes

• Must have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel across districts

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
