Sales Executive will be responsible for solve the queries of customers, wheatear It is technical or non-technical. Sales Executive needs to take mailing follow-ups client at various stages. Sales Executive needs to maintain Client information in Excel Sheet and DSR Sheet Sales Executive provide customer support. Sales Executive needs responsible for co-ordination between client and company for smooth and satisfying client experience till final possession. Sales Executive will be responsible for visit and meet to consultant, contractor and customer. Sales Executive will be responsible to undertake periodic reviews for project Stage for pending work status and co-ordinate with client. Sales Executive May has to take part in any marketing events or exhibition decided by management. Prepare reports ask by management as & when required and issue to management. He should upgrade himself on industry knowledge. He must also document the client’s need for better decisions. He has to manage/take task accountability and work delegation at workplace. He must maintain a healthy relationship with all his clients. He must attend trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company. He has to create and send various MIS to the management and adhere to the policies and processes of Mechatronik Technologies’. He must take feedback and document the same in a timely manner. He must resolve complaints within defined TATs. He must undertake any other task assigned by A Mechatronik Renewables management.
