Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for Navata Home Appliances products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
Target and Incentive Structure:
Month 1:
- Target: ₹10 Lakhs
- Achievement: ₹3 Lakhs (30% of target)
- Payout:
- ₹20,000 (100% salary) if target achieved
- ₹10,000 + Convince (as per company norms) if target not achieved
Month 2:
- Target: ₹10 Lakhs
- Achievement: ₹6 Lakhs (60% of target)
- Payout:
- ₹20,000 (100% salary) if target achieved
- ₹10,000 + Convince (as per company norms) if target not achieved
Month 3:
- Target: ₹10 Lakhs
- Achievement: ₹10 Lakhs (100% of target)
- Payout:
- ₹20,000 (100% salary) if target achieved
- ₹10,000 + Convince (as per company norms) if target not achieved
Salary:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Variable Salary: ₹5,000 per month (performance-based)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with sales software and tools an advantage
