Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Executives to join our team. The role varies slightly based on gender as per the field requirement:

• Male Candidates: Required for field sales—must be comfortable with outdoor visits and client meetings.

• Female Candidates: Required for inside sales—office-based role involving telecalling and virtual client interactions.

This is a performance-oriented position ideal for self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers

• Explain products/services clearly to clients and assist in closing sales

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress

• Collaborate with the internal team for post-sale support and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Age between 25 to 35 years

• Proven sales or customer service experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Goal-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus

• For field sales (males): Should have a two-wheeler and be open to client visits

• For inside sales (females): Comfortable working in an office environment, handling inbound/outbound calls
