Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
2. Build and maintain relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Meet sales targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
4. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and communicate the value proposition to customers.
5. Sales reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager/Team Lead.
6. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience: Previous sales experience in a similar industry or role.
2. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Results-driven: A track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
4. Product knowledge: Familiarity with products or services similar to ours.
