Identify and onboard new customers (retailers/distributors/channel partners) in assigned territory
Regularly visit market to ensure product visibility, availability, and proper display
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Ensure timely order booking, follow-ups on delivery and payments
Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to increase product penetration
Implement promotional activities and schemes as per marketing plans
Provide competitor insights, market feedback, and customer trends
Maintain accurate daily reports (beat plan, call reports, secondary sales data)
Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory
1–5 years of field sales experience (FMCG/Consumer Goods/Telecom preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Good understanding of local market and customer behavior
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
