Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Design Consultants who will represent Hillarys at customer homes. The consultant will showcase our catalog, understand customer needs, take accurate measurements, and facilitate orders through pre-booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-booked customer appointments at their homes.

Present Hillarys’ catalog of curtains and blinds, guiding customers on design, fabric, and color choices.

Provide expert advice tailored to customer preferences and home décor.

Take accurate window measurements to ensure perfect fit.

Record and process customer orders with attention to detail.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience, representing the Hillarys brand with professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

2–7 years of experience in customer-facing roles (interior design, home décor, furnishings, or similar preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good sense of design, color, and space.

Ability to take accurate measurements (training will be provided).

Willingness to travel locally for customer appointments.

Self-motivated, organized, and customer-first mindset.
