Gain strong knowledge of company products, understand competitor offerings, and effectively handle customer objections. HDFC SalesProsple India
Conduct proper customer profiling during calls or visits to assess needs and recommend suitable investments or insurance. HDFC SalesProsple India
Cultivate relationships with mapped Home Loan Executives (HLEs) and conduct joint customer visits to maximize cross-selling attachments. HDFC SalesProsple India
Build rapport with customers to manage their entire account and explore cross-selling opportunities across products. HDFC SalesProsple India
Collaborate effectively with partner representatives and understand joint ownership dynamics during servicing. HDFC SalesProsple India
Ensure timely renewal of sourced business and adherence to defined sales processes. HDFC SalesProsple India
Complete training and certification requirements to stay compliant when selling regulated products like insurance and mutual funds. HDFC SalesProsple India
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and keep sales kit organized and complete. HDFC SalesProsple India

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales. HDFC Sales+1
Graduate in any stream. HDFC SalesProsple India
Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector is an advantage. HDFC SalesProsple India
Must be open to travel and possess good communication skills.
