Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Source business and achieve assigned sales targets through branch visits, open market sourcing, etc.

2. Interact with customers, explain product features, terms, and conditions.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers / Branches / Dealerships / Stores.

4. Handle end-to-end loan documentation (pre & post documentation) with customers.

5. Organize and execute activities/events to drive business growth.

6. Ensure daily lead updation, lead tracking, and submission of DSR (Daily Sales Report).

7. Adhere to company guidelines, compliance, and processes in all sales activities.

8. Generate cross-sell leads for other financial products through self-sourcing and referrals.
