Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executives who will act as the first point of contact for our customers at project sites in Hegdenagar, Bangalore. The role involves guiding potential buyers during site visits, educating them about plots and amenities in newly developed villa plot gated communities, and encouraging them to move forward to the office for price negotiations, bookings, and final discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during site visits at residential villa plot projects.

• Provide complete information about project layouts, plot dimensions, amenities, legalities, and USPs.

• Address customer queries and highlight value propositions of investing in the project.

• Build trust and establish rapport with customers through professional and consultative engagement.

• Coordinate with the sales office team to ensure smooth transition of customers for further price negotiations and booking discussions.

• Maintain a visitor logbook and update CRM/records with customer details and follow-ups.

• Work closely with the sales manager to achieve monthly sales and site conversion targets.

• Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Languages Preferred: Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• Strong presentation skills to educate customers about plots and projects.

• Ability to persuade and push customers toward next steps in the sales process.

• Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project/customer requirements.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales.

• Basic knowledge of real estate documentation, layouts, and gated community projects is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.

• Experience in field sales, real estate, insurance, or direct sales preferred, but freshers can apply.

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
