We are looking for a Field Sales Associate who can take our products directly to local store in your assigned city/region.
This is a boots-on-ground role — not just calling, but visiting shops, pitching the product, and closing sales directly.
No credit deals. We want bulk orders paid upfront and for that, we need someone who knows how to get it done.
Responsibilities:
Follow our funnel and additionallyIdentify potential supplement stores and clothing outlets in your assigned area.
Approach them via cold visits, phone calls, or appointments.
Pitch our product range confidently and close orders with upfront payment.
Maintain the account with store owners for repeat sales.
Report daily/weekly sales activities and collections.
Manage Pop-Up stores at locations within the city
Maintain accounting and inventory sheet
Requirements:
Sales experience required, preferably in field sales or retail B2B.
Must speak Marathi and Hindi (Marathi preferred) clearly and confidently.
Good follow-up skills and ability to handle objections.
Must be based in or familiar with the assigned area.
Self-driven and street-smart; must be comfortable traveling within the city.
