Sr. Sales Executive : Domestic & International
Responsibilities
· Promote and sell travel packages, vacation bundles, and related services.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs.
· Provide information on destinations, accommodations, tour packages, and other related services like flights connections, VISA Documents requirements etc.
· Assist clients in planning and booking their trips, including flights, hotels, VISA & tours.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent post-purchase support.
· Stay updated on the latest travel trends, promotions, and industry news.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
· Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals for clients.
· Generate sales leads through cold calls, emails, and other marketing activities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales or travel sales roles for 3-4 Years.
· Experience handling FITs and GITs for both domestic and international sectors
· Strong knowledge of travel destinations and products.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of geography and international travel regulations
· Proficiency in travel booking systems and software, Travel Portals, VISA Requirements.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
