Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Officer to join our team and promote our product range to chemist shops. Your key role will be to visit retailers, deliver an impactful product spiel, build strong relationships, and drive consistent order generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit chemist shops and medical retailers as per the daily beat plan.

• Introduce and promote the company’s products with a compelling and confident product pitch.

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to handle objections and influence purchase decisions.

• Build long-term relationships with retailers and ensure repeat orders.

• Take orders and ensure timely coordination with the supply/delivery team.

• Track and report daily visits, feedback, and sales to the team Manager.

• Collect market insights, competitor information, and report trends.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and basic English.

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, OTC or FMCG sales.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident speaker.

• Knowledge of the local market and geography.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persuasive.
