We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard potential clients (corporates, colleges, or consultancies) who require hiring support. You will be responsible for driving business growth by visiting prospective clients and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Visit colleges, companies, training institutes, and HR departments to promote Argent Jobs’ recruitment services.
Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Pitch recruitment and staffing services effectively.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Collect job requirements and support the delivery/recruitment team.
Represent Argent Jobs at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events.
Report daily progress to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams for effective service delivery.
1–2 years of field sales or business development experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation ability.
Willingness to travel locally.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
Background in recruitment/staffing or HR solutions is a plus.
Own two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred for travel convenience).
