Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven outbound sales representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new and existing business, and achieving/exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas. This role will require regular visits across the states for meetings, product samples distribution, and relationship-building for sales growth. You will also play a key role in maintaining consistent follow-ups with customers and ensuring payment collection.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Closing: Actively identify new leads and close sales with both new and existing clients.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Field Work: Travel across the karnataka state for meetings, product demonstrations, and sample distribution.
Sales & Payment Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to close sales and secure payments.
New Location Visits: Explore and visit new locations for expanding sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Regularly update sales progress, forecasts, and activities to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth sales processes and the achievement of collective targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 2+ years of sales experience.
