We’re looking for a lively, confident person to be the face of Zithai at our store.
Your primary responsibility will be to attract people passing by, engage them in conversation, and encourage them to step in and try our products.

Think of yourself as our brand’s first impression — someone who makes people curious, comfortable, and excited to experience what Zithai has to offer.

What You’ll Do

Stand near the store entrance and actively engage with people passing by.

Explain what makes Zithai’s sweets unique — natural, sugar-free, and modern.

Offer samples or quick tastings when appropriate.

Convert casual passersby into first-time customers.

Maintain a cheerful, welcoming attitude at all times.

Track daily interactions and share feedback with the team on customer responses.

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing and confident personality — someone who enjoys talking to new people.

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Presentable, energetic, and enthusiastic.

Previous experience in in-store promotions, events, or hospitality is a plus (not required).

Fluent in English and Hindi (and local language is a bonus).
