We lease racks/space from top Indian data centers and resell that capacity to customers. You’ll sell colocation (full/half racks, per-U, cages), cross-connects, remote hands, and addons.
Hunt & build pipeline: 100+ named accounts/quarter (SaaS, fintech, gaming, media, MSPs, D2C, manufacturers).
Outreach & meetings: multi-touch cadence (email/call/LinkedIn/WhatsApp); qualify power (kW), space (U/rack), bandwidth, SLA, term, and budget.
Solutioning & quotes: prepare proposals (rack/kW, cross-connects, IP transit, cloud on-ramps, remote hands), arrange site tours, run TCO vs cloud/on-prem.
Close deals: negotiate MRC/NRC, term (12–36 mo), SLA (Tier III/IV), and move-in plan; coordinate with DC provider for LOA/ROA, provisioning, and handover.
Grow accounts: expansions (extra U/kW), DR/secondary racks, inter-DC connectivity.
3+ years B2B sales in data center/ISP/MSP/IT infra/enterprise network or adjacent.
Working knowledge of kW per rack, U, MRC/NRC, cross-connects, meet-me room, peering/IP-transit, Tier III/IV, 99.99%+ SLA, PUE.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and English comms; comfortable with C-level & IT heads.
