Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (fixed) + incentives up to 50,000
Role Description
We are looking for a result-oriented and field-active Sales Manager to drive business growth in Jabalpur. The Sales Manager will lead customer acquisition, distributor/franchise onboarding, and revenue generation. This is a target-driven, on-field role that demands commitment, networking, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales plans
Visit markets and generate leads for packaged water and beverage distribution
Build and manage distributor and super stockist relationships
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of field sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Self-motivated with a passion to achieve and exceed targets
Experience in FMCG, water/beverage, or franchise sales will be an advantage
