Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
Generate leads, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage sales territories, monitor stock levels, and coordinate deliveries.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and product visibility.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).
2–3 years’ experience in FMCG, Food, or Export sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
