Functional Area/ Department- Sales
Location- New Delhi
Job Purpose- To manage and drive sales through optical retail, hospitals, distributors to
attain market share in the given territory.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities-
Ensure to Achieve Sales and collection target and Growth in the given Territory.
Updating channel with product info and new product launches. Identify and target
new accounts.
Maximise the visit in the given territory to increase the reach and activate new
customers.
Appointment of distributors / wholesalers. Managing issues and claims of
distributors.
Make sure Merchandising and Visibility of Product in the outlets. Sales Promotion
activity to help to increase the sales.
Taking care of Collections & keep DSO with control.
Address issues of customers and solve them in assigned time frame.
Collating information on competitors’ activities in the territory and analysing the
same for the business.
Preparing monthly reports & Sales analysis.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
need.
Actively seeking out sales opportunities through available resources, cold calling, and
follow-up with dormant accounts.
