We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of insurance products to potential clients.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of insurance offerings, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calls, referrals, etc.).
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present insurance options, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with any post-sale inquiries, claims, and policy modifications.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.
- Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and seminars to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
