What You’ll Do:
✅ Meet home loan sales targets
✅ Visit your assigned area and find new customers and business leads
✅ Build strong relationships with agents, partners & customers
✅ Keep daily records of your visits and work
✅ Attend morning team meetings
✅ Help onboard new agents and channel partners
✅ Guide customers through the loan process and provide great service

What You Need:
✔ Good knowledge of your local area
✔ Strong communication and people skills
✔ Able to plan your day and manage tasks well
✔ Basic knowledge of documents needed for home loans (KYC, legal, etc.)
✔ Comfortable using simple reports and tracking tools
✔ Sales and convincing skills
