Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand sales of our Triplex Pumps and Pumping Units across domestic and international markets. The candidate should have 2–3 years of sales experience in any field, with strong customer relationship skills and the ability to grasp technical product features.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for triplex pumps and pumping units through direct sales, distributor networks, and client visits.
Identify and convert leads into orders by understanding customer requirements.
Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare technical offers and commercial proposals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, and service providers.
Support client/vendor registration processes and tender participation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to management.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred, but not mandatory).
2–3 years of proven sales experience in any industry (capital equipment/industrial sales preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products.
Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
