• Make outbound calls and explain products/services to customers.

• Maintain and update customer data accurately.

• Verify information and resolve data issues.

• Assist with basic office and admin tasks.

• Generate simple reports for the sales team.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 12th Pass

• 1 year experience in telemarketing or data entry preferred

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
