Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients to generate qualified leads.

• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling, tailored pitches for plots, flats, villas, and commercial shops.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships; encourage repeat business.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Reporting: Track activities in CRM, prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification below 10th grade.

• Experience: 0–6 years in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication (English/Hindi) and negotiation abilities

  • Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-velocity environment

  • Proficiency with basic CRM tools or willingness to learn
