About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international sales operations, coordinating with global clients, managing export documentation, and ensuring smooth order execution and dispatch. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international sales operations and customer communication.

• Prepare and send techno-commercial quotations, RFQs, and pricing proposals.

• Handle export documentation: Proforma Invoices, LCs, shipping documents, load test certificates, and work completion certificates.

• Coordinate with logistics partners for container booking, freight negotiations, and shipment tracking (LCL/FCL).

• Follow up with clients for payments, approvals, and order execution.

• Ensure timely execution of export orders, inspections, and dispatch schedules.

• Maintain and update client databases, product lists, and project tracking sheets.

• Work closely with internal teams (factory, finance, and logistics) for seamless operations.

• Process sales orders and maintain records in SAP / ERP systems.
