Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Conduct market visits to meet prospective clients and understand their needs.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Collect market intelligence and share feedback with the sales/marketing teams.
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client communications.
Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B or B2C.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
