Job Duties and Responsibilities:-
· Process sales orders, ensure accurate tracking, and manage the entire process from order entry to delivery.
· Manage customer accounts, update CRM systems, and prepare sales documents.

· Monitor the sales team's performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
· Evaluating and improving sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
· Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and product demos.
· Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback, support, or additional services and help manage after-sales service requests or complaints.
· Stay informed about product features, pricing, and availability.
