Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/ERP regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth order processing.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional events when required.
Provide feedback to management about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence and ability to persuade and influence clients.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in B2B / B2C sales will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel (if required).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
