Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate the site walk-in for the project.
Conduct timely follow up of the leads generated, to get them to visit the project site office.
Maintain database of the oProactively identifying and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
Assessing the potential of leads based on criteria such as budget, location preferences, and timeline for purchasing or investing in real estate
Conducting detailed discussions with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations regarding properties
Educating potential clients about available properties, features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential
leads generated/ site visit done
Qualification:
12th pass or graduate in any stream
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages preferred
Availability to work on Weekends
Negotiation skills
