Relationship Officers will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. This outbound/field job requires good interpersonal skills and basic understanding of sales process and dynamics.
SECTION 1: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Establish contact, build relationships with prospects, and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Identify potential business prospects, assess their industry positions, and analyse sales options.
Provide necessary information for credit assessment and facilitate the completion of required formalities for loan disbursement
Maximize revenue generation by actively developing business and achieving sales targets account opening/ disbursement.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, contributing to informed decision-making
Foster and nurture strong relationships with the existing as well as new clients to support, guide and recommend new opportunities.
Promote business loans under the banking vertical and consistently achieve assigned business targets
Should possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Flexible to travel extensively
Proficiency in English, Vernacular & Hindi language
Exceptional communication, presentation skills and relationship building skills
Own Two-Wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
