1. Relationship Officer

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Promote and explain microfinance products to clients

Assist in loan processing, documentation, and disbursement

Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualification required

Graduate (any stream)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about working in rural and semi-urban areas

Two-wheeler preferred (for field visits)

2. Collection Officer

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections or related field

Salary: Based on previous salary & experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on pending EMIs and overdue payments

Conduct field visits for recovery and collection

Maintain daily MIS and collection records

Ensure timely collections while maintaining customer relationships

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience in microfinance collections or related domains

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Comfortable with fieldwork

Two-wheeler is mandatory
