Job Summary: We are seeking driven and dynamic individuals for the role of Relationship Officer, specializing in the ABHFL (Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited) profile. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and facilitating the acquisition of Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, achieve targets, and ensure excellent customer service within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships interested in Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Educate potential customers about ABHFL's various product offerings and benefits.

• Conduct thorough financial assessments and guide clients through the loan application process.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for HL and LAP products.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the housing finance sector.

• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Requirements:

• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Housing Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. Experience in the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) business mode is a plus.

• Age Criteria: Maximum age of 32 years.

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation.

• Compensation: Competitive CTC up to 3.5 LPA.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.

• Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
