Key responsibilities

• Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales to meet and exceed business targets, such as annual new premium (ANP) and case count.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and management to ensure consistent business flow.

• Training and Support: Train bank employees on product features, sales strategies, and processes to enable them to sell effectively.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with walk-in and existing bank customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products.

• Operations and Compliance: Support the logging of applications, ensure business quality, and maintain compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

• Reporting: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management.
