Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets in a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit clients and prospects in the field to promote and sell products/services.
Identify potential customers and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
