Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Generate leads through cold calling, references, and walk-ins.
Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into customers.
Sales & Business Development:
Meet potential customers and present appropriate life insurance solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and customize solutions based on customer needs.
Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat & referral business.
Provide after-sales service, policy servicing, and resolve customer queries.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies & regulatory guidelines.
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
Target-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Education: Graduate (Any Stream).
Experience: 0–3 years in direct sales (Life Insurance/BFSI experience preferred).
Age: 21–35 years.
