Business Development:
Acquire new customers for home loan and mortgage products through various channels including DSA, builder relationships, and direct sourcing.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.
Collaborate with builders, real estate agents, and property developers to generate business.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Assist clients through the home loan application process, documentation, and disbursement.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and professionally.
Credit & Risk Evaluation:
Work closely with the credit team to evaluate loan proposals and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Gather and verify all relevant documents such as income proof, property papers, and KYC.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements and cross-sell opportunities (insurance, top-ups, etc.).
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all internal processes, regulatory norms, and company policies.
Conduct due diligence and ensure high-quality sourcing to maintain low delinquency rates.
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1–6 years of experience in mortgage/home loan sales or retail lending
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and sales abilities
Good understanding of local real estate and financial markets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool
