We’re Hiring: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales
📍 Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai
💸 Salary: Up to 4 LPA
🕒 Work Days: Mon – Sat (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Are you a driven sales professional ready to make an impact in the Home Loan industry? We are looking for Relationship Managers who can generate business through open market sourcing, DSAs/agents, and direct sales.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and builders.
Guide customers through the loan application, documentation & disbursement process.
Maintain reports in Excel (first 3 months) and track sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends & competitor activities.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduates preferred).
Communication: Average English + strong local language.
Skills: Negotiation, customer handling, and basic Excel.
Mindset: Sales-driven, self-motivated, and customer-first.
Prior experience in loan sales/DSA handling/real estate is a plus!
