We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager II – Bancassurance to strengthen our bancassurance channel. The role involves building strong relationships with bank partners and customers, promoting life/general insurance products, and achieving set sales targets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial product sales and a strong ability to manage relationships and drive revenue growth.
Build and manage long-term relationships with bank branches and their staff.
Generate leads and convert them into successful insurance policy sales.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with the bank’s front-line staff to increase product visibility and sales.
Conduct regular training and support sessions for bank staff on product offerings and lead generation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the organization.
Maintain a high level of customer service and handle post-sales servicing requirements.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and records of daily sales activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduate in Finance/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI or insurance sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and the bancassurance model.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
Fixed salary up to ₹4 LPA based on experience and performance.
