Job Overview:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of the company to our clients. You’ll help them with property information, arrange site visits, build trust, and guide them throughout the buying process.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Talk to potential clients and understand their property needs.

• Share details about residential and commercial properties.

• Follow up regularly with interested clients and build relationships.

• Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients.

• Maintain a client database and keep records updated.

• Assist the sales team by converting leads into visits and deals.

• Work closely with team members and support daily sales activities.

• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

• Handle client queries in Kannada and explain property features clearly.

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers welcome).

• Must know Kannada (speaking fluently is important).

• Good communication and people-handling skills.

• Interest in real estate and learning sales techniques.

• Basic computer and mobile application knowledge.

• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused.

Working Days:

6 days a week (weekend working may be required with a weekly off on weekdays)
