Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
Promote and cross-sell financial products like mutual funds, equity, bonds, PMS, insurance, etc.
Monitor market trends and advise clients on suitable investment opportunities.
Manage client portfolios and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the organization.
Conduct regular follow-ups and periodic reviews of client portfolios.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services or investment industry.
Strong knowledge of equity markets, investment products, and financial planning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
NISM certifications (e.g., NISM VA/Equity Derivatives) will be an added advantage.
