📌 Position Overview
We are actively seeking dynamic and result-oriented RM’s and UM’s to join our growing team in the Insurance Insurance/ Mutual Funds/SIP’s B2B and B2C segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and managing customer relationships for insurance products including Health, Mutual Funds, Life, and General Insurance.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire potential individual clients for various insurance products.

  • Product Advisory: Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans (Health, Life, Mutual Funds,Motor, Personal Accident, etc.)

  • Sales Execution: Convert leads into sales by presenting product features, benefits, and comparisons.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upselling, and referrals.

  • Lead Management: Regular follow-ups with leads generated through internal teams, campaigns, or personal networks.

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions through CRM or Excel.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI and AMFI guidelines and company policies at all times.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the support and underwriting team to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.


👤 Candidate Requirements

  • Education:
    - XII std passed out is compulsory with Maths subject
    - Minimum Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred)

  • Experience: 2-5 years in Insurance Sales or Financial Product Sales (B2B & B2C)

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, convincing skills and patience.

    • Customer-focused attitude with a consultative approach

    • Ability to work under targets and handle field as well as telephonic sales

    • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

    • Good in Lead Generation and converting into final Sales.

    • Should be able to handle Pressure, Go-Getter attitude, Smart & Hard working. 

  • Languages: Gujarati and Hindi (Mandatory); English (Preferred)

  • Gender: Male

  • Preferred Background: Candidates from Insurance companies, Mutual Funds, Sales (B2B, B2C) or financial service providers will be preferred first.
