📌 Position Overview
We are actively seeking dynamic and result-oriented RM’s and UM’s to join our growing team in the Insurance Insurance/ Mutual Funds/SIP’s B2B and B2C segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and managing customer relationships for insurance products including Health, Mutual Funds, Life, and General Insurance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire potential individual clients for various insurance products.
Product Advisory: Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans (Health, Life, Mutual Funds,Motor, Personal Accident, etc.)
Sales Execution: Convert leads into sales by presenting product features, benefits, and comparisons.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Lead Management: Regular follow-ups with leads generated through internal teams, campaigns, or personal networks.
Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions through CRM or Excel.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI and AMFI guidelines and company policies at all times.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the support and underwriting team to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
👤 Candidate Requirements
Education:
- XII std passed out with good communications skills also preferred;
- Minimum Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred)
Experience: 1–2 years in Insurance Sales or Financial Product Sales (B2B & B2C)
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, convincing skills and patience.
Customer-focused attitude with a consultative approach
Ability to work under targets and handle field as well as telephonic sales
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Good in Lead Generation and converting into final Sales.
Should be able to handle Pressure, Go-Getter attitude, Smart & Hard working.
Languages: Gujarati and Hindi (Mandatory); English (Preferred)

Preferred Background: Candidates from Insurance companies, Mutual Funds, Sales (B2B, B2C) or financial service providers will be preferred first.
