Key responsibilities
Client acquisition: Focus on acquiring new customers for CASA through leads, networking, and family account grouping.
Relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and new high-value clients to deepen their banking relationship and increase the bank's liability base (CASA/FD).
Sales and cross-selling: Sell a range of products, including third-party offerings, to meet client needs and enhance revenue.
Client servicing: Provide comprehensive banking services to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strategic execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, and actively participate in promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
Compliance: Adhere to the bank's processes and maintain a high focus on compliance.
