Job Summary

We are hiring Relationship Managers to manage customer relationships, source new business, and ensure smooth processing of Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) and Secured Business Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure timely loan repayments.

• Identify and source new business through referrals, cold calls, and local market visits.

• Conduct field visits for customer verification and property document checks.

• Process loan applications, ensure due diligence, and coordinate for disbursements.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Affordable LAP / Secured Loans / Home Loans.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

• Good knowledge of local market areas preferred.
