Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with South Indian Bank branch staff to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and understand customer financial needs and offer appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as per the business plan.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
