
Key responsibilities
Customer acquisition and sales:
Generate leads for banking products, including Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), credit cards, and fixed deposits.
Meet and exceed business targets for various financial products.
Acquire new customers and ensure quality sourcing and adherence to KYC norms.
Relationship management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Manage relationships with business sources, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Application and documentation:
Ensure the submission of complete application forms, documentation, and required information for new accounts and loans.
Coordinate with customers for post-sales service requests and renewals.
Market and compliance:
Perform area and lane mapping to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and activity reports.
Ensure compliance with bank regulations, norms, and product-specific certifications (e.g., IRDA, AMFI for insurance products).
