We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to join our Mumbai (Kalina) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through direct customer engagement, lead generation, and relationship management. This is a field sales role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Identify, acquire, and manage new customer relationships through field visits and referrals.
Promote and sell the company's products/services by understanding customer needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and generate leads in the assigned territory.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations as required.
Maintain records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
Experience: 1-3 years of field sales experience; prior experience in BFSI, telecom, fintech, or insurance preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good knowledge of local market and geography.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Other: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable).
Field-based role with frequent customer visits in and around Kalina, Mumbai.
