Relationship Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Doing Sales of New Launch & On-going Projects
· Sourcing and Generating leads for allocated site.
· Be responsible for Residential & Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban & Navi Mumbai,
· Pre sales & post sales responsibility for all ongoing & completed projects.
· Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
· Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
· Assist to promote sales of properties through Marketing & advertising agencies & social media
· Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
· Database management related to Clients and Properties.
· Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
· Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.
Key Skills:-
· Extremely confident and well versed in dealing with clients.
· Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
· Well adept with marketing concepts especially targeted marketing.
· Ability to Handle a team/ Leadership Qualities/Management skills.
· Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
· Real Estate industry experience is a must.
· 2 years of Team handling experience is a must.
Qualification:- Any Graduate/MBA
CTC:-Fresher:- 1.80LPA – 3LPA+ Incentive(Based on Candidate)
Experience:- 3LPA – 18LPA + Incentive(Based on Candidate)
Experience:- 6 months to 10 years
Location:- Santacruz / Kurla / Thane / Pune .
