Key Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact for customers after booking. - Manage the closing process including agreement drafting, payment follow-ups, loan coordination, registration, and handover. - Ensure timely execution of Sale Agreements, Demand Letters, and registration formalities. - Coordinate with internal departments (CRM, legal, finance, projects) for smooth customer journey. - Track payment schedules, issue reminders, and ensure timely collections as per milestones. - Support clients with home loan documentation and liaise with banking partners. - Address and resolve post-booking queries, complaints, and documentation discrepancies. - Conduct customer site visits and walkthroughs during possession/handover. - Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and generate reports on closing progress. Key Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-8 years of experience in real estate customer closing or CRM roles. - Strong understanding of legal documentation in real estate (e.g., Sale Agreements, registration). - Knowledge of RERA compliance and processes.
- Good coordination skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders (internal and external). - Excellent communication, follow-up, and client servicing abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic documentation tools. Preferred Background: - Prior experience in mid-to-large scale residential or commercial real estate projects. - Exposure to financial documentation and loan processes is a plus. - Multilingual ability is an advantage (especially local languages + English/Hindi).
